Workshops

Teaching timber framing workshops is at the core of Woodpecker LLC. These events accomplish so much in such a short time together: sharing skills, building community, creating valuable infrastructure, and preservation of craft, to name a few!

During a time when construction is prohibitively expensive, timber framing is an empowering and accessible way to build using simple tools and local, natural materials. In the span of a weeklong workshop, we can strengthen bonds with each other while also creating a beautiful timber framed structure for any land project or community space.
